Desde ese momento y sin que Giselli dejara de pagar ni un solo recibo la Sareb empez\u00f3 a acumularle una deuda que ascendi\u00f3 hasta los 10.000\u20ac<br><br>Eso no es un caso aislado. Adem\u00e1s crea un precedente. Sareb tiene unos 10.000 contratos firmados y adem\u00e1s no es el \u00fanico con estas cl\u00e1usulas. Estas pr\u00e1cticas tambi\u00e9n las realiza Caixabank, Fidere, Azora, Banco Sabadell y quiz\u00e1s, en breve, Casa 47 \u00bfsorprendidas?<br><br>Y es que el sinsentido de estas cl\u00e1usulas no solo llega a que puedan retirarte la llamada \u201cbonificaci\u00f3n\u201d as\u00ed porque s\u00ed, dejando el precio del alquiler a precio de mercado, sino que adem\u00e1s de obliga a participar en un programa de acompa\u00f1amiento social que somete a la inquilina a un seguimiento continuado de su esfera personal. \u00a1Peor que un novio t\u00f3xico!<br><br>Y esto nos lleva a la siguiente pregunta \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 nos sirven los decretos y alquileres indefinidos si hay subidas encubiertas de alquiler y nos pueden rescindir los contratos de alquiler sin ning\u00fan tipo de justificaci\u00f3n?<br><br>Si te suenan estas cl\u00e1usulas porque aparecen en tu contrato vente a la asamblea y las luchamos juntas.
