Desde la asamblea de vivienda PAH Vallekas, junto a otros colectivos y vecinos, denunciamos este nuevo intento por parte de Caixabank dejar a una familia en la calle sin ninguna alternativa.<br><br>La vivienda es propiedad de Building Center, inmobiliaria de CaixaBank, que ha ignorado sistem\u00e1ticamente durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o todos los intentos de negociaci\u00f3n por parte de Adolfo.<br><br>Ante la negativa de Caixabank a asumir ninguna responsabilidad, acudimos a una sucursal para manifestar nuestro rechazo y exigir una reuni\u00f3n con la direcci\u00f3n de la entidad, en la que - record\u00e9moslo - el Gobierno sigue participando en un 18%.<br><br><strong>\u00bfC\u00d3MO RESPONDIERON?<\/strong><br><br>Lejos de ofrecer soluciones, Caixabank y el Gobierno optaron por dejar en la calle a esta familia y reprimir a quienes luch\u00e1bamos contra esta situaci\u00f3n. A las 8:30 de la ma\u00f1ana, la polic\u00eda arremeti\u00f3 violentamente contra las personas concentradas en la puerta de la vivienda, provocando varios heridos. Semanas despu\u00e9s, cinco personas fueron sancionadas por \"obstrucci\u00f3n de la actuaci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n judicial\", cuando dicha comisi\u00f3n ni siquiera se encontraba presente. Una infracci\u00f3n propia de la Ley mordaza, dise\u00f1ada para castigar la solidaridad y tratar de desmovilizar a quienes defienden el derecho a la vivienda. Ahora, no conformes con eso, suman estas cuatro detenciones.<br><br><strong>\u00bfY QU\u00c9 PRETENDEN?<\/strong><br><br>En la PAH Vallekas acumulamos ya m\u00e1s de 50.000 euros en multas por defender nuestras casas. Mientras el Gobierno se presenta como garante del derecho a la vivienda, reprime y persigue a quienes lo defienden. El mismo d\u00eda que estos hip\u00f3critas anuncian a bombo y platillo una pr\u00f3rroga de los alquileres, cuatro personas son procesadas por defender a Adolfo y su familia el d\u00eda que estaban siendo expulsadas de su hogar.<br><br>El 1 de julio salimos a la calle a se\u00f1alar a los responsables y luchar por los derechos que nos arrebatan. Saben que la organizaci\u00f3n y la lucha son capaces de acabar con su negocio. Por eso temen que les se\u00f1alemos como culpables, por eso buscan escarmentarnos para que dejemos de luchar por una vida digna.
