Pues Casa 47 \u00bfla conoc\u00e9is? Quedaros que os contamos.<br><br>Para hablar de Casa 47 tenemos que mencionar a Sareb, la cual est\u00e1 vendiendo sus viviendas que fueron pagadas con dinero p\u00fablico a Casa 47, quien las est\u00e1 recomprando de nuevo con dinero p\u00fablico. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces vamos a comprar las mismas casas?<br><br>En el traspaso de suelo y vivienda de Sareb a Casa 47, las mejores casas ya fueron vendidas al mercado libre. Las que quedan est\u00e1n en mal estado o ya habitadas. \u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la nueva oferta p\u00fablica? \u00bfVan a echar a unas familias para meter a otras? Nos venden Casa 27 como la empresa p\u00fablica de vivienda, sin embargo tiene una relaci\u00f3n muy estrecha con empresas muy conocidas de vivienda, qui\u00e9n ser\u00e1n las gestoras de Casa 47.<br><br>Desde luego la empresa p\u00fablica de vivienda que nos va a salvar a todos empieza mal. Ya conocemos las pr\u00e1cticas de Sareb, Servihabitat o Solvia, que os contaremos en pr\u00f3ximos noticiarios. \u00bfVa a heredar Casa 47 estas pr\u00e1cticas de maltrato y abuso hacia sus inquilinas? Desde luego no nos sorprender\u00eda.<br><br>Luchemos por una vivienda p\u00fablica real, sin fondos ni empresas que se lucren de por medio.
